Dr. Kraemer designed and implemented the asthma home assessment and trigger reduction planning process model for the Missouri Asthma prevention and Control Program. This system was adopted by the Department of Social Services as the model for home assessment. We provide the State certification training for in-home environmental asthma triggers for Medicaid reimbursement. He provides in-home environmental assessment training and case studies for participants in ECHO.
