Tammy received her Respiratory Therapy Degree from Independence University. She became a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 1996 and obtained her Asthma certification in 2008. Tammy has demonstrated her talent as a Certified Asthma Educator in Washington and surrounding counties in Missouri and works closely with families to assist them with the necessary information to better manage their asthma. She is also a Certified Pulmonary Function Specialist since 1998 and has 27 years of experience in spirometry testing. Tammy is the co-founder of Camp Catch Ya Breath, which was started in 2012. In addition, she has been involved with University of Missouri Columbia ECHO Team and Asthma Ready Communities since 2009.
