Mary Arnold BS, RRT, CPFT, AE-C works as a Population Health Management Network Representative at Children’s Mercy Integrated Care Solutions.

She graduated from the College of St. Mary (AS), and the University of Kansas (BS).  She has worked in healthcare since 1982 with many varied roles including: inpatient and outpatient respiratory care for both adults and pediatrics, patient and healthcare professional education, and diagnostics. She has worked at Children’s Mercy Hospital for 31 years and was a key player in developing the RT role in primary care clinics. She also provided guideline-based asthma care education to healthcare professionals within primary care practices. Her roles continued to change as healthcare was transforming to value-based care. Her current role involves engaging primary care practices in preventive and chronic care quality measures utilizing population health technology.  She believes that quality guideline-based asthma care should be available for all.
